Castle between Florence and Siena (Tuscany – Italy)


The castle, located in the Chianti area, among the Florentine hills, and displaying a 100 hectare land (filled with olive groves and vineyards), has been producing for about 1000 years their own wine, oil and sweet white wine.
The castle was built in the X Century and it is located in the tallest hill between Florence and Siena.
Restored in 1993, it offers modern rooms and several common areas.
The building is about 3000 square meters, and it is divided in 3 housing units, in addition to cellars and storerooms.
Nowadays it is considered a housing with full legal effect, as well as a holiday home.
35 km from Florence, 40 km from Siena and 68 from Pisa.
